Before they start working for us references are taken up and the quality of their work is assessed. All potential recruits must complete test readings with two experienced Forturi managers; this allows us to judge the readers accuracy, tone of voice, style of consultation and level of engagement. Each test reading is at least 20 minutes in duration.
We then explain our code of practice to them, ensure they understand it, and ask them to sign up to it.
While they work with us they are monitored to ensure that their work is of a high standard.
